{"id":1108,"date":"2022-04-11T14:17:13","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T12:17:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tapaemea.org\/de\/?page_id=1108"},"modified":"2022-05-24T10:03:00","modified_gmt":"2022-05-24T08:03:00","slug":"standards-trainings","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tapaemea.org\/de\/standards-trainings\/","title":{"rendered":"Standards"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TAPA\u2019s Security Standards are respected globally as the best-in-class industry standards for supply chain resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These unique, minimum security requirements have been created by the industry, for the industry and are revised every three years in consultation with TAPA\u2019s members and approved Independent Audit Bodies (IABs) to ensure they are fit-for-purpose to address all current and emerging supply chain security risks, and to identify improvements which optimise the Standards\u2019 effectiveness and efficiency for global supply chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The number of TAPA certifications in the Europe, Middle East &amp; Africa (EMEA) region is now at its highest level in the Association\u2019s 24-year history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the EMEA region, TAPA offers 3 industry standards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>FSR<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Facility Security Requirements<\/li><li><strong>TSR<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Trucking Security Requirements<\/li><li><strong>PSR&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 Parking Security Requirements<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TAPA\u2019s Standards\u2019 programme offers three levels of certification by the Association\u2019s approved Independent Audit Bodies as well as a Self-Certification option. Non-member companies may also achieve certification after completing the appropriate TAPA training course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TAPA\u2019s Security Standards act as a worldwide benchmark for supply chain security and resilience, providing guidance, processes and tools which reduce loss exposure, protect assets, help to keep staff safe, and save costs. This is achieved by introducing and maintaining common standards for supply chain security measures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users of the Standards are certified by a number of Independent Audit Bodies which ensures certifications are meaningful and can be trusted. Support for organisations using the TAPA Standards comes from within the supply chain industry, by Government agencies and the insurance industry. You can contact the team directly using the Standards Question Submission Form below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TAPA Certification &#8211; Remote Virtual Audits service now available in EMEA<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TAPA EMEA is pleased to announce that as of May 1<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;2021, all TAPA certifications can now be completed remotely using standard meeting communications equipment and the current TAPA audit templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following a successful period, where TAPA introduced Remote Virtual Audit (RVA) for recertification, we are now able to expand the capability to new certifications and all other types of audits that require to be submitted to an audit body or TAPA. Please refer to the TAPA EMEA Standards section of the TAPA website or contact your audit body if would like to know more or use this new option. The option to continue with physical visits to audit locations will continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pandemic and restrictions on travel has resulted in a backlog of certifications that need to be completed. TAPA had planned for an RVA option to be available as part of its digital roadmap for next year. We have now accelerated the introduction of RVA. We believe the option for RVA audits adds another dimension to promote the use of TAPA Standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EMEA Trainings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TAPA EMEA provides Facility Security Requirements (FSR) and Trucking Security Requirements (TSR) training courses to help members, non-members and Independent Audit Bodies (IABs) understand and implement TAPA\u2019s supply chain Security Standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our&nbsp;Training Schedule&nbsp;you will find information on the Association\u2019s latest training events and details of how to register to attend a TAPA training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you register for a place on one of our training courses, please note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Each delegate must complete the registration process to ensure they are registered to attend<\/li><li>Registration helps us to ensure there is sufficient demand for each course to be viable. The final decision on running each course is made three-to-four weeks prior to the scheduled training date, when a confirmation email will be sent to you<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An online training course is also available for TAPA\u2019s Parking Security Requirements (PSR). Details can be found in the training schedule or on the&nbsp;PSR page&nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TAPA EMEA offers free Security Standards training to members as part of their annual membership, subject to the training allocation in their respective membership category:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manufacturers\/Shippers \u2013&nbsp;<strong>x3 representatives<\/strong><\/li><li>Insurers \u2013<strong>&nbsp;x3 representatives<\/strong><\/li><li>Security Service Providers \u2013<strong>&nbsp;x2 representatives&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li>Consultants (no products)<strong>&nbsp;&#8211; x1 representative<\/strong><\/li><li><strong><\/strong>Parking Place Operators \u2013<strong>&nbsp;x1 representative<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outside of these allocations, TAPA members can buy additional places on TAPA training courses at a cost of&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac200,00<\/strong> per person, plus VAT (if applicable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For non-members, TAPA training courses cost&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac1.499,00<\/strong>&nbsp;per course, per person, plus VAT (if applicable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any further questions, please contact us by using the <a href=\"https:\/\/tapaemea.org\/de\/contact\/\">contact form<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TAPA\u2019s Security Standards are respected globally as the best-in-class industry standards for supply chain resilience.
