Located at the Fira de Barcelona Montjuic Exhibition Center, SIL Barcelona welcomed over 12,000 visitors in 2022. This year, over 81 countries will be represented. As well as strong representation from the transport and logistics sector, delegates also represent industries including food and drink, pharma and healthcare, cosmetics, fashion, automotive, electronics, toys, footwear and clothing, and home products.
“Having participated in SIL Barcelona in 2022, we know this is an outstanding event for TAPA EMEA to meet with senior representatives from the manufacturing, transport, and logistics sectors to discuss cargo security risks to their supply chains and the solutions we can offer to increase their loss prevention, risk mitigation, and supply chain resilience. This event offers so much insight and information for anyone interested in the end-to-end supply chain, and we are very much looking forward to showcasing everything TAPA EMEA has to offer. Spain, in particular, in one of the countries in our EMEA region with a very significant level of freight crime, so we expect a lot of interest in our value proposition,” said Markus Prinz, the Association’s Senior Manager, Standards & Training.
