How to Become a Member?

To ensure the right fit for your organisation, we recommend reviewing the available membership options and benefits before submitting your application.

Step 1 – Choose the Right Membership Category

TAPA EMEA offers a range of membership categories based on your organisation type and operational focus.

Please review the full overview of membership categories, benefits and fees described in detail on our page “Membership Options” or in the table on the righthandside.

Step 2 – Complete the Application Form

Once you have selected the appropriate membership category, please complete the application form at the bottom of this page.

Please ensure all required information is provided to avoid delays in processing your application.

Step 3 – Invoice and Payment

After submission, your application will be reviewed and an invoice will be issued according to the selected membership category.

Please note:
Membership activation and access to TAPA EMEA services are only granted once full payment of the membership fee has been received. Due to the continued growth of TAPA EMEA and increasing demand, we are unable to provide access or initiate any membership-related services prior to payment.

Step 4 – Access and Onboarding

Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive your login credentials and full access to TAPA EMEA member services.

As a member, you will be able to:

– Access TAPA Standards and official documentation
– Use the TAPA Intelligence System (TIS)
– Register for training courses (including training seats, depending on your membership level)
– Access member-only tools, resources and updates
– Participate in TAPA initiatives, working groups and events

Additional Information

TAPA EMEA membership operates on a calendar year basis.

For organisations joining from 1 July onwards, the annual membership fee is reduced by 50%.
Please note that all applicable fees for standards, training and certification remain unchanged unless a commitment is made for a full 12-month membership in the following year.

Important Notes

– Membership activation is only possible after full payment has been received
– All fees are subject to VAT, where applicable
– Membership communication is conducted with designated company representatives only (first representative)
