Non-Member Information

Companies that are not members of TAPA EMEA may still access selected services and activities offered by the Association. However, access is limited and subject to individual fees. Certain core services and tools remain exclusively available to members.

Access for Non-Members

Non-members can participate in specific TAPA EMEA activities and obtain selected materials at the following costs:

  • Annual Conference (delegate fee) – €1,999.00 per person
  • Regional Conferences (delegate fee) – €500.00 per delegate
  • Cargo Theft Annual Report – €1,000.00 per copy
  • FSR, TSR or PSR Training Courses – €2,000.00 per participant
  • Certification Fees
    • Independent Audit Certification – €1,000.00 per certificate
    • Self-Certification – €500.00 per certificate

All fees are subject to VAT, where applicable.

Access to TAPA Intelligence System (TIS)

Access to the TAPA Intelligence System (TIS) is restricted for non-members.

  • Full access to TIS is only available to TAPA EMEA members
  • Non-members do not have access to:
    • the secure truck parking database
    • TIS incident alerts
    • full cargo crime data and analytics

As a result, non-members have limited visibility of cargo crime trends and risk intelligence compared to members.

Certification for Non-Members

Non-member companies may still apply for certification under the TAPA Standards.

The certification process remains the same as for members:

  • selection of the applicable standard (FSR, TSR, PSR)
  • preparation and implementation
  • audit or self-certification
  • submission and review

However, non-members should be aware that:

  • certification fees apply per site
  • training is typically required and charged separately
  • access to supporting tools and resources is limited

Important Considerations

While non-members can access selected services, this approach typically results in:

  • higher overall costs due to individual service fees
  • limited access to tools, data and resources
  • reduced operational support and guidance
  • restricted access to TAPA Intelligence and industry insights

Organisations that regularly use TAPA services or operate multiple sites may therefore experience operational and financial disadvantages when not participating as members.

Membership Overview

Companies interested in full access to TAPA EMEA services, tools and benefits can apply for membership via the Membership section of this website.

Please note that all applicable fees for standards, training and certification remain unchanged unless a commitment is made for a full 12-month membership in the following year.
