French police recover majority of 50,000 electronics products stolen from Paris warehouse

In another highly successful police operation in the EMEA region, reports in France say the vast majority of over 50,000 electronics products which were stolen from a distribution centre just outside of Paris on 22 December 2025 have now been recovered. 

The TAPA EMEA Intelligence System (TIS) had recorded a loss of 30 pallets of products from the warehouse after a suspected organised crime group attack in the early hours of the morning.

The stolen goods are said to have included smartphones, laptops, tablets, and headphones, and were taken after a group of intruders disabled security cameras and bypassed the building’s alarm system. Initial reports put the loss value at around €37 million although the company which was targeted later confirmed the loss to be significantly lower than the first reports suggested.

One French media report said the successful recovery of the goods followed a two-month investigation by the French authorities, assisted by other international agencies.
