This 100% growth of the TAPA EMEA Family can be attributed to rising cargo crime and the covid-inspired focus on supply chain resilience, as well as the higher awareness of the Association generated by its full-time team and TAPA EMEA’s increased presence and presentations at other industry stakeholder events. It also reflects the wishes of many of the existing members that their partners and suppliers embrace the Association’s security Standards, undertake its training courses, and utilise its crime intelligence to lower the risks of losses from their supply chains across the Europe, Middle East & Africa region.
Today, TAPA EMEA is a network spanning a broad business demographic, from global Manufacturers, Logistics Service Providers, Insurers, and Security Service Providers to local, family-owned transport businesses, parking place owners, and individual security consultants in 46 countries. In recognition of this, TAPA EMEA has been evolving its membership categories to deliver opportunities which are fair, equal, and aligned to the specific needs of different types of companies which are already part of the Association, or others planning to join the region’s leading cargo security and supply chain resilience community.
At the start of 2025, TAPA EMEA made a new Country Membership category available offering a lower point of entry for companies and, primarily, to address the needs of SME businesses focusing more on supply chain security on a national level. Costing €1,000.00* per annum for Full Members (Manufacturers, LSPs, Insurers) or €2,000.00 a year for Security Service Providers, its key difference to the EMEA Full Membership is that it does not include delegate places at TAPA EMEA’s Annual Conference, and offers fewer training course places in support of the Association’s Facility, Trucking, and Parking security Standards.
Country Membership is available to all members and provides access to TAPA’s FSR, TSR & PSR Standards and training support, use of the TAPA EMEA Intelligence System (TIS), and it incorporates the Standards’ certification fee. Country Members also enjoy online and digital information sources, including Vigilant and TAPA EMEA webinars.
Having improved accessibility to TAPA EMEA for smaller and local market companies, at the Association’s 2025 Annual Conference, President & CEO, Thorsten Neumann announced another new membership category to support multi-national, large-scale, supply chain logistics operators.
Most notably, the new Enterprise Membership enables all entities under one company name, for example TAPA LOGISTICS Ltd, to be included under one Enterprise Membership (i.e. BV, GmbH, Ltd, SAS, AS, SRL, S.L.U…). In the case of, i.e. TAPA WAREHOUSE GmbH, this requires a separate Enterprise Membership for its local entities in addition to the Enterprise Membership for TAPA LOGISTICS Ltd.
Enterprise members have full access to all TAPA EMEA benefits, plus more training seats (x40), additional individual trainings (x40 – expiring after 3 years), more conference seats (x10), and more voting rights (x10), not to mention a far more cost-efficient and seamless process for administering their TAPA EMEA membership.
2026 Membership Fees
In 2026, TAPA EMEA has also announced it will implement its first fee increase for all categories of membership in 15 years. This price index adjustment will address rising market costs and will see the cost of every membership category increase by 10% from 1 January 2026.

During the TAPA EMEA AGM, Chief Financial & Compliance Officer, Ap Boom, also confirmed two additional changes which will be implemented as part of the fee increase at the start of 2026…
Thorsten Neumann said the changes provide “a platform for TAPA EMEA’s sustainable future,” he said.
These changes, he added, will support TAPA EMEA’s development and the benefits we offer to our member companies and their representatives, ensuring…
“Given the broad range of companies already in the TAPA EMEA Family, the TAPA EMEA Board of Directors are confident we now offer solutions which are aligned across all membership categories, giving us a clear membership proposition for all businesses looking to ensure the security and resilience of their supply chains,” he said.
