New Regional Lead Aims to Shift the Narrative on Eastern Europe 

Ionel is a respected security and risk management professional with over 20 years of experience in the logistics, transport, retail, and industrial sectors.

He has held leadership roles at global companies including Nokia, Microsoft, and Amazon, where he managed security programmes across Eastern Europe, EMEA, and beyond. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Senior Security Consulting, Ionel now supports organisations in aligning with TAPA’s Standards, reducing risk, and building operational resilience.
